Platinum Design Package
From start to finish we're involved throughout the entire project. Working directly with you, or with your architect or builder, we determine your design and decor needs and make your house a home you're happy to come home to. Down to the smallest detail, your home is going to represent you.
Gold Design Package
Ready for a change? Maybe it's one room, maybe the whole home, either way it's out with the old and in with the new. We will begin with an in-home consultation that will last about an hour. We’ll tour your home to assess your lifestyle and design taste. We will then discuss some design ideas you have and your ideal timeline. On our second meeting we will then discuss some design ideas including space planning, colour recommendations, and general home organization tips. In addition, we’ll make suggestions on window treatments, as well as furniture, lighting and accessory selection. And from there we'll bring the vision to life!
Similar to our Gold package, but you’re in charge! This package is intended to enable you with home decorating basics to revamp your home and act as your own project manager. Your project will begin with an in-home consultation that will last about an hour. We’ll tour your home to assess your lifestyle and design taste. We will then discuss some design ideas including space planning, colour recommendations, and general home organization tips. In addition, we’ll make suggestions on window treatments, as well as furniture, lighting and accessory selection. You’ll be equipped with the vision to make your house a home at your own pace.

The full overhaul. We take care of all of the cosmetic upgrades and furnishing necessary to attract international business professionals looking for accommodation.
